Restoration Business Developer

Job Description

A growing restoration and reconstruction company is seeking a Business Developer/Account Manager to drive commercial growth and develop long-term client relationships throughout the Greater King County market. Info/Requirements

• Previous business development or outside sales experience (restoration experience preferred, but open to candidates from related industries).
• Existing book of business and commercial contacts highly preferred.
• Strong relationships within restoration, mitigation, construction, property management, multifamily, hospitality, healthcare, government, insurance, or senior living industries.
• Property management, restoration, construction, claims adjusting, or fire-chasing experience is a plus.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and follow-up skills.
• Understanding of the sales and marketing lifecycle.

Role Responsibilities

• Develop new business opportunities and establish long-term relationships with commercial clients.
• Generate new commercial and multifamily accounts through prospecting, networking, and route marketing efforts.
• Serve as the primary client contact from project inception through completion.
• Remain actively involved throughout each project by tracking progress, coordinating with operations, and maintaining consistent client communication.
• Meet with target clients throughout the territory while working remotely from a home office.
• Collaborate closely with mitigation and reconstruction teams to deliver exceptional customer service.
• Manage and grow accounts across commercial properties, multifamily communities, apartments, hotels, insurance agencies, government facilities, hospitals, senior living communities, and other key markets.
• Drive revenue growth by developing both mitigation and reconstruction opportunities within existing and new accounts.

Compensation & Benefits

• Base salary of $80,000-$150,000 plus uncapped commission.
• First-year production goal of $500K for candidates without an existing book of business + $1M-$1.5M for candidates with an established book of business.
