Mid-Level Business Development Manager
We are looking for a mid-level business development manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and hunger for success in the high-tech industry.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing new sales programs
- Ensuring new business sales targets are met
- Building and maintaining a healthy project pipeline outside of established accounts
- Leading the company's programmatic sales motion
- Helping to increase the database of target companies and individuals in the Pacific Northwest
- Designing and implementing effective sales programs
- Working closely with principals to identify new opportunities
- Contributing to the development and refinement of the company vision and strategy
- Supporting management and decision-making to ensure the company maximizes its short and long-term profitability
- Developing, reviewing, and reporting on the business development strategy
Qualifications:
- 4+ years of experience in sales to large enterprises in the technology industry
- Proficiency in the IT landscape, particularly the software industry
- Ability to develop and retain a portfolio of client relationships
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding $1M+ sales targets
- Master level education preferred
Desirable skills:
- Results oriented and self-motivation
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong people management skills
- Strong analytical skills and ability to think strategically
- Ability to work collaboratively
Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission
