Mid-Level Business Development Manager

We are looking for a mid-level business development manager with an entrepreneurial spirit and hunger for success in the high-tech industry.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing new sales programs
• Ensuring new business sales targets are met
• Building and maintaining a healthy project pipeline outside of established accounts
• Leading the company's programmatic sales motion
• Helping to increase the database of target companies and individuals in the Pacific Northwest
• Designing and implementing effective sales programs
• Working closely with principals to identify new opportunities
• Contributing to the development and refinement of the company vision and strategy
• Supporting management and decision-making to ensure the company maximizes its short and long-term profitability
• Developing, reviewing, and reporting on the business development strategy

Qualifications:

• 4+ years of experience in sales to large enterprises in the technology industry
• Proficiency in the IT landscape, particularly the software industry
• Ability to develop and retain a portfolio of client relationships
• Proven track record of meeting and exceeding $1M+ sales targets
• Master level education preferred

Compensation: Competitive base salary + commission
