Position: RN Unit Manager Full-Time Qualifications: Valid Unencumbered Arkansas RN Nursing License Current CPR Certification Benefits: Health, Dental, Vision, Life, Disability Insurance Available 401K Daily Pay Compensation is Commensurate with experience As Unit Manger you will direct day to day functions of the nursing activities in accordance with current rules, regulations, and guidelines that govern the long-term care facility. Must possess leadership and supervisory ability to work harmoniously with personnel. Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family, visitors.
