Project Specialist – Hospitality Systems Implementation (PMS/CRS) We're partnering with a global hospitality organization to hire a Project Specialist to support the implementation of Property Management Systems (PMS) and Central Reservation Systems (CRS) across an international portfolio of hotels. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with a background in hotel operations and hospitality technology who enjoys managing projects, collaborating with cross‑functional teams, and helping hotels successfully transition to new systems. What You'll Do Coordinate PMS and CRS implementation projects from planning through deployment Develop and manage project timelines, milestones, and implementation schedules Partner with hotel leadership, corporate teams, and vendors to ensure successful deployments Gather, validate, and prepare hotel configuration data Support Opera Cloud and CRS system builds and implementations Assist with data migration and system validation activities Facilitate project meetings, track progress, and help resolve implementation issues Support user adoption through communication, training, and change management Identify opportunities to improve implementation processes and share best practices across projects What We're Looking For 2+ years of hotel operations experience Hands‑on experience with Opera Cloud , CRS , and hotel Sales & Revenue platforms Experience coordinating projects across multiple hotels, brands, or regions Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills Comfortable working with cross‑functional teams in a fast‑paced environment Preferred Qualifications English and Spanish fluency (written and spoken) Experience supporting hospitality technology implementations Change management or system deployment experience Strong technical aptitude and ability to learn new hospitality platforms Education Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience with a major hotel management company.
