Key Qualifications:

• Licensed Physical Therapist (PT) with active state credentials

• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with educators, families, and support staff
• Flexibility to work a full-time school schedule and help meet compensatory service requirements

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver physical therapy interventions to students individually or in small groups as prescribed in their IEPs
• Assess and document student progress, updating goals in collaboration with educational teams
• Provide direct support to staff and families on strategies for promoting student mobility and participation
• Develop individualized treatment plans and participate in IEP meetings
• Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of services delivered, ensuring all compensatory hours are met
• Adapt interventions and materials to support student engagement
