Day Shift Machine Operator (Cup Forming) – De Soto, KS | $18.74/hr | Weekly Pay
We're hiring a Machine Operator for a food manufacturing facility in De Soto, KS . This is a great opportunity for someone looking for a steady day shift with a consistent schedule. You'll be responsible for operating cup forming equipment, monitoring product quality, and helping keep production running smoothly.
Schedule & Pay:
- 7:00 AM – 7:00 PM (12-hour shifts)
- 2 weekdays each week + every other weekend
- $18.74/hour
- Weekly pay
Responsibilities:
- Operate and monitor cup forming machines
- Perform quality checks to ensure products meet company standards
- Keep machines supplied with raw materials
- Record production information accurately
- Troubleshoot minor machine issues and perform basic maintenance
- Pack finished products
- Maintain a clean and safe work area
- Follow all safety procedures and company policies
Requirements:
- Able to work 12-hour shifts and every other weekend
- Able to stand and walk for extended periods
- Lift up to 50 lbs as needed
- Manufacturing or machine operating experience is a plus
- Strong attention to detail and dependable attendance
- Able to bend, twist, squat, and reach throughout the shift
