Production Operator TechnicianPay: $26/hour includes Shift Differential $2/hour Schedule: 12 hour shifts on a 4/3 rotation Nights Hours: 6pm-6:30amProduction Operator is responsible for manufacturing, packaging, and labeling, with a focus on safety and quality standards.Key Responsibilities:Previous batch-making or manufacturing experience is a plus but not requiredUnderstanding and operating automated systems and processes is preferredStrong mechanical aptitude, ability to read drawings/blueprints, and familiarity with measurement instruments (calipers, micrometers)Meet production goals with little supervisionProduce quality product that meets customer specificationsMaintain accurate production logsAbility to follow given instructions and proceduresAbility to multitaskAbility to work alone or as a team memberWillingly accepts and performs special assignmentsAccepts and performs other duties as assigned by Production SupervisorRequirements:High school diplomaProficient with Microsoft or ERP SystemsExcellent written and verbal communication skillsCapable of standing for long periods, bending, reaching, and lifting up to 50 lbs.Forklift experience is a MUST
