Senior Commercial Property Real Estate Accountant (Hybrid)

Senior Accountant - Commercial Real Estate - West Palm Beach - Hybrid A growing real estate company in West Palm Beach is seeking a Senior Accountant to join its team. This group oversees the day-to-day accounting operations for a diverse commercial portfolio. You will support financial reporting and operational accounting across the portfolio. This includes monthly and quarterly closings, general ledger analysis, cash flow management, forecasting, and preparing internal and external reporting packages. Responsibilities Manage daily accounting activities for multiple commercial assets Review general ledger activity and prepare accruals and adjusting journal entries Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and financial statement analyses Partner with business leaders on cash flow forecasting Produce monthly, quarterly, and year-end workpapers and reporting packages Assist with annual GAAP financial statements and audit support Participate in budgeting and quarterly forecasting Develop reporting templates (Excel) and support process/technology improvements Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA is a plus! 3+ years of real estate accounting experience, public experience highly preferred Strong knowledge of GAAP This opportunity offers comprehensive benefits, and the expected salary range for this role is $95K-$110K.
