A-Line Staffing Solutions is hiring an experienced RN – OR for an  on-site assignment in  Pompton Plains, NJ (07444) .

• Role: Registered Nurse – Operating Room (OR)
• Location: Pompton Plains, NJ 07444
• Work Setting: On-site
• Schedule:  40 hours/week (exact shift/hours to be confirmed with recruiter)
• Interview: Interview required

What You’ll Do

• Perform thorough, accurate patient assessments across the lifespan (pediatric through geriatric).
• Provide direct perioperative patient care while supporting a team-based care model.
• Demonstrate strong clinical skills, including use of emergency equipment and procedures.
• Maintain complete and accurate documentation and follow documentation guidelines.
• Provide patient/family education and confirm understanding of procedures and instructions (pre-op and post-op).
• Follow safety practices including Universal Protocol and two patient identifiers.
• Demonstrate knowledge of surgical conditions/diagnoses, procedures, and perioperative equipment.
• Use safe transfer techniques and proper body mechanics.
• Maintain confidentiality and comply with HIPAA requirements.

Required Qualifications

• Active  RN License
• BLS certification
• 3+ years of nursing experience

Preferred Qualifications

• CNOR certification
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing
