Pipe Doctor Plumbing, a leader in the Tampa Bay area, is hiring a full-time Plumbing Technician . Based in Tampa, Florida, you will serve areas including South Tampa, Downtown Tampa, Westshore, Brandon, Riverview, Wesley Chapel, St. Pete, Clearwater, Palm Harbor, and surrounding communities.

We offer an industry-leading compensation package of $100,000–$150,000 per year , based on piece-rate pay plus bonuses.

WHAT DOES YOUR DAY ENTAIL?

As a full-time employee, you will work Monday through Friday with shift options of 7 am - 4 pm, 8 am - 5 pm, or 9 am - 5 pm . No nights, No weekend, and No on call. You will be dispatched directly from your home to the job site each day, eliminating the need to check in at a central location.

As a Plumbing Technician, you will use a company-provided iPad to receive dispatches and manage service calls efficiently. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality craftsmanship and professional plumbing solutions, presenting options clearly to customers, and ensuring every job is completed with accountability and efficiency. Throughout the day, your drive for results and customer-obsessed mindset will help you exceed expectations while earning performance-based bonuses.

PLUMBING TECHNICIAN REQUIREMENTS:

• 2+ years of residential service plumbing experience (5+ years preferred)
• Experience with flat-rate or performance pay systems
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and present options
• Commitment to craftsmanship, professionalism, accountability, and efficiency
• Customer-obsessed, results-driven, team-oriented, efficient, and growth-minded approach
