Job Description

Schedule/Hours:

• 7:00 p.m. 7:30 a.m. shifts
• 36 hours per week
• Every other weekend rotation

What Were Looking For:

• Active RN license in good standing
• Minimum of 1-2 years experience in an Emergency Department (ED) setting
• Previous experience with ED and inpatient hold ratios/acuity strongly preferred
• BLS and ACLS certifications required; TNCC, PALS, or other trauma certifications a plus
• Flexibility to manage varied patient populations and adapt to fast-paced environments
• Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide high-quality nursing care for both ED and inpatient hold patients
• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions and responses to treatment
• Collaborate closely with physicians and allied health professionals
• Respond quickly and effectively to rapid changes in patient status
• Ensure strict adherence to safety and infection control protocols
