Appointment Scheduler - Neuro Spine Specialists

Appointment Scheduling Specialist for a fast-paced, high-volume clinic. Work location: 1604 Hospital Parkway - Suite 403 Bedford, Texas 76022. Work hours: Full-time, 40 hours weekly; Monday - Friday (8am 5pm). Department highlights include fast-paced, high volume inbound/outbound calls and appointment scheduling, a collaborative and supportive work environment, and being compassionate and empathetic to patients.

Qualifications: High School Diploma or equivalent (REQUIRED), Two Years of related experience in Healthcare environment (PREFERRED).

What you will do: Schedule tests, procedures, and referral appointments; responsible for answering phone calls and scheduling patient appointments; communicates with patients regarding appointments and instructions for procedures and tests; may collect fees such as co-pays/co-insurance, gathers insurance information and patient personal data.
