Sales Commissions Analyst: Data-Driven Pay & Reporting

The Sales Commissions Analyst is a key member of the A Team, a high‑performing analytics group known for bringing clarity to complex data through precision, speed, and problem‑solving excellence. In this role, you will play a critical part in supporting commission and override compensation operations across a large, distributed sales network – ensuring payments are accurate, timely, and aligned with compensation plans. Success in this role comes from being proactive, organized, and intellectually curious, with the ability to quickly learn complex compensation structures and manage large datasets with accuracy and efficiency. What You’ll Do Assist with the calculation, validation, and reporting of sales commissions and override payments Review and reconcile commission data to ensure accuracy and completeness Investigate discrepancies in sales and commission reporting and help resolve issues Use Excel extensively to organize, analyze, compare, and validate large datasets Partner with Finance, Accounting, Operations, and Sales teams to clarify data and resolve payment questions Support commission reporting, documentation, and process improvements Additional responsibilities may be assigned as needed to support team and organizational priorities What You’ll Bring Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Economics, or a related field (or equivalent experience) Strong attention to detail with a high degree of accuracy Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Analytical mindset with the ability to identify inconsistencies and troubleshoot issues Strong organizational and time‑management skills Clear communication skills and a collaborative approach Willingness to learn complex commission structures and processes Benefits Full‑time positions qualify for a benefits package that includes vacation, sick leave, paid holidays, medical (with an HSA plan option), dental, vision, and company‑paid Basic Life insurance.
