Billing Specialist

Century Group is partnering with a client that is seeking a Billing Specialist to join their team. Exact compensation may vary based on skills, experience, and location. Expected starting base salary of $105,000 to $135,000 per year. Job Responsibilities Manage the full billing cycle, including preparing, reviewing, and issuing invoices to clients. Submit invoices through electronic billing systems and ensure compliance with client requirements. Review billing details, make necessary adjustments, and resolve rejected or disputed invoices. Monitor accounts receivable and assist with collections by addressing outstanding balances and discrepancies. Collaborate with internal teams to improve billing processes and maintain accurate client records. Requirements 4+ years of experience in professional billing, preferably within a legal or service based environment. Strong experience working with electronic billing systems and invoice submission platforms. Previous experience supporting billing for international clients, including exposure to UK billing practices. Familiarity with multi currency invoicing and compliance related billing requirements. Advanced proficiency in Excel and ability to manage high volume billing tasks with accuracy. Qualifications Strong attention to detail with the ability to review complex billing information and ensure accuracy. Excellent communication skills for working with attorneys, clients, and internal teams. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast paced environment. Problem solving mindset with the ability to resolve billing discrepancies and system issues. Organized and proactive work style with a focus on improving processes and maintaining efficiency.
