The Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing all billing related activities for the company. This includes but is not limited to: Generating invoices and statements for clients Verifying accuracy of billing data and correcting any errors Communicating with clients regarding billing inquiries and disputes Preparing and submitting billing reports to management Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 2+ years of experience in billing or accounting Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong attention to detail and organizational skills #J-18808-Ljbffr
