billing Specialist

The Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing and processing all billing related activities for the company. This includes but is not limited to:
- Generating invoices and statements for clients
- Verifying accuracy of billing data and correcting any errors
- Communicating with clients regarding billing inquiries and disputes
- Preparing and submitting billing reports to management
- Assisting with month-end and year-end closing processes
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- 2+ years of experience in billing or accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
