Billing Specialist
ConsultNet Technology Services and Solutions
The ideal candidate has experience interacting with high level executives and can manage up through attention to detail, strong initiative, able to work independently, and a high level of confidentiality. This role will communicate, schedule, and collaborate with the Legal team, other teams within the company, law firms, vendors, clients, potential clients, and investors.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree is required
- Prior experience in law firm or corporate law department or working with accounts payable would be helpful
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint). Experience with Coupa is a plus
- Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills
- Previous experience successfully managing schedules and processes in a fast-paced environment
- Comfort operating within a dynamic environment and executing in unfamiliar situations
- Willingness and able to provide executive support beyond the scope of a typical workday
