About the Position

We are looking for a motivated, competitive sales professional to help grow our commercial and residential exterior cleaning business throughout the Chicagoland area.

This is a prospecting-focused sales position. You will be responsible for identifying potential customers, reaching decision-makers, generating opportunities, following up on estimates, and helping close new business.

Our primary focus is growing commercial accounts including property management companies, HOAs, apartment and condominium communities, restaurants, shopping centers, gas stations, warehouses, industrial properties, office buildings, retail properties, and other commercial facilities.

During the fall and winter season, our sales team will also have the opportunity to sell commercial and residential Christmas lighting services.

What You'll Do

• Prospect new commercial accounts by phone, email, in-person visits, and networking
• Contact property managers, facility managers, building owners, HOA managers, and business owners
• Build and maintain a pipeline of prospective customers
• Identify properties that could benefit from exterior cleaning and maintenance
• Schedule estimates and property walkthroughs
• Follow up consistently with prospective customers and outstanding proposals
• Develop relationships with property management companies and other organizations with multiple locations
• Maintain accurate prospect and customer information in our CRM
• Generate your own leads and pursue company-provided opportunities
• Conduct targeted residential prospecting and door-to-door outreach when appropriate
• Sell seasonal Christmas lighting services during the fall and winter
• Work toward weekly and monthly sales goals

• Comfortable making outbound sales calls every day
• Confident speaking with business owners and property managers
• Persistent with follow-up
• Self-motivated and competitive
• Professional and well-spoken
• Organized and capable of managing a sales pipeline
• Comfortable prospecting both over the phone and in person
• Motivated by performance-based compensation
• Interested in building long-term commercial relationships

Previous B2B, outside sales, home-service, property management, construction, roofing, landscaping, facility services, janitorial, or commercial-service sales experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.

Compensation

Hourly base + uncapped commission + performance bonuses

High-performing representatives have the opportunity to earn significant commissions on larger commercial projects and recurring accounts.

Commission opportunities are available for both company-provided leads and self-generated business, with higher commissions available for self-generated accounts.

There is no cap on commissions.
