Responsibilities

• Generate and develop new insurance business opportunities
• Conduct policy reviews and identify coverage gaps
• Cross-sell and bundle auto, home, life, and other insurance products
• Follow up on leads and maintain a strong sales pipeline
• Educate customers on coverage options and recommend appropriate solutions
• Build and maintain long-term client relationships
• Meet and exceed monthly sales goals
• Assist with policy changes, renewals, and customer retention efforts
• Maintain accurate documentation and CRM records

Requirements

• Active Personal Lines License (preferred or willingness to obtain)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated with a positive attitude
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Comfortable making outbound calls and asking for referrals
• Strong organizational and follow-up skills
