This role is responsible for overseeing the organization’s compliance, auditing, monitoring, and contracting functions. The selected candidate will serve as a trusted legal advisor to executive leadership, manage audits, conduct internal investigations, draft and negotiate commercial contracts, and ensure alignment with FDA, OIG, and other regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities: Maintain the corporate compliance program in alignment with FDA, OIG, and other regulatory frameworks. Design and execute risk-based compliance monitoring and internal audits. Draft, review, and negotiate commercial contracts (vendor agreements, NDAs, consulting, licensing).
