Job Summary

Cuready Healthcare Staffing is seeking a qualified RN - ICU to support patient care and clinical operations within healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will deliver safe, high-quality care while collaborating with interdisciplinary care teams and maintaining compliance with facility policies and professional standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide care to 1-3 ICU patients, including ventilator management.
• Conduct bedside shift reports with every patient transfer of care.
• Float to emergency department or PCU as needed to manage holds.
• Administer respiratory treatments such as inhalers and nebulizers.
• Perform advanced skills including CRRT and phlebotomy as needed.
• Assist with post-op care and neuro procedures, including CABG and EVD management.

Qualifications

• Current BLS, ACLS, and NIH Stroke Scale certifications required.
• A minimum of 36 months RN experience with at least one year in ICU.
• Proficiency in telemetry strip reading.
• Experience with advanced hemodynamics and ventilator management.
• Preferred BSN and advanced certifications such as TNCC.
• Previous travel nursing assignment experience is preferred.
