Trade Support Specialist - Secondary Documentation Closer Location: Newark, DE – fully on site Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-6:00 PM Contract: Initial 1-month contract with extensions and potential for conversion (expected contract duration of 8-12 months before conversion) About the Opportunity Dexian is seeking a Trade Support Specialist to join its Loan Trading Documentation team. What You'll Do Support the settlement and closing of secondary loan trades by partnering with traders, sales teams, clients, legal counsel, and operations teams Manage a portfolio of active trades while ensuring timely and accurate processing Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders Review and process legal and trade‑related documentation, including: Trade confirmations Assignment agreements Participation agreements Proceeds letters Cash collateral agreements Other loan trading documents Analyze credit agreements and assignability provisions Identify and escape issues when necessary to traders, management, or legal teams Prepare daily and weekly reports to track trade status, outstanding items, and operational risk Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree or relevant professional experience Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint Strong written and verbal communication skills Excellent organizational and analytical abilities Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline‑driven environment Self‑motivated with a strong willingness to learn and develop new skills Team‑oriented mindset with the ability to work independently when needed Preferred Qualifications Familiarity with loan trading or financial services environments Knowledge of the trade lifecycle or operations support functions Exposure to syndicated loans or lending products Experience with LoanIQ, ClearPar, or similar platforms Understanding of LSTA documentation and industry standards Prior experience supporting trading, operations, or financial products is a plus Dexian is an Equal Opportunity Employer that recruits and hires qualified candidates without regard to race, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, age, national origin, ancestry, citizenship, disability, or veteran status. #J-18808-Ljbffr
