About the Role:

As a Calculus Teacher, you will play a pivotal role in shaping students' understanding of advanced mathematical concepts, specifically in differential and integral calculus. Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related field with a focus on calculus or advanced mathematics.
• Valid teaching certification or licensure for secondary education in the United States.
• Demonstrated knowledge of calculus concepts and the ability to teach them effectively to high school or college-level students.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Mathematics, Education, or a related discipline.
• Experience teaching Advanced Placement (AP) Calculus or International Baccalaureate (IB) Mathematics courses.

• Background in curriculum development and assessment design.
• Participation in mathematics education workshops or professional organizations.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement detailed lesson plans that cover all calculus topics including limits, derivatives, integrals, and their applications.
• Deliver clear and effective instruction using a variety of teaching methods to accommodate diverse learning styles.
• Evaluate student performance through regular assessments, providing timely feedback and additional support as needed.
• Maintain accurate records of student attendance, grades, and progress reports in compliance with school policies.
