Compensation and Benefits [prorated to FTE] $80,432 - $131,581 annual starting salary (certificated salary schedule) [prorated] 183 day calendar Master's and Doctoral supplements of $2,967.00 [prorated] Exceptional benefits packages to all employees serving at 50% time. Contribution levels vary by full-time equivalent status. Up to $2,000 Bilingual (Spanish) signing incentive upon passing a test of fluency [prorated] We pay for the induction program fees for all teachers who need to clear their credential (not to include any credentialing fees). We honor up to 13 years of verified certificated teaching experience outside the District toward salary placement.
