DreamSpring, a nonprofit CDFI and SBA lender, is seeking a Business Development Officer to cultivate new business, structure and close loans, and service an existing portfolio. The role involves field engagement with referral partners, clients, and community organizations in the Kansas City area. Remote position, based in the Kansas City Metro.
