About the Position

Job Title: Clienttion Therapist Profession: Radiology/Cardiology Specialty: Clienttion Therapist Duration: 13 Weeks Shift: Day 5x8-Hour Hours per Shift: 07:00 - 15:00 Experience: Minimum 2 years preferred License: Valid State License required Certifications: ARRT R, BLS, TMB License required Must-Have: Previous charge experience Experience with a patient ratio of 20 patients to 1 therapist Experience with charting systems, preferably Community Client Description: The position requires a licensed Clienttion Therapist. This role does not involve floating between units or on-call requirements. Weekends are not required, and no block schedules are needed. The expected patient ratio during the day shift is 20 patients to 1 therapist. This setting is in a children’s hospital and a Level II pediatric trauma center. Total staff beds in the facility are 181. Caregivers will participate in a robust program offering various treatment modalities. Modalities include brachytherapy, external beam radiation therapy, stereotactic radiosurgery, and more. Clienttion Therapists will rotate among all treatment modalities and equipment. The facility utilizes Elekta Linear Accelerators and Gamma Knife systems. The team environment is collaborative, fostering excellent patient care. Several accreditations drive the program, ensuring quality and safety. Providers will have access to communication devices needed for duties. The facility maintains a commitment to ongoing education and training. Candidates should be prepared to work three of five holidays during the contract period. References covering one year within the last three years are required during the compliance process before starting. Travelers may be expected to float between nearby sister facilities if necessary.
