What You Will Do You will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing manufacturing processes and methods required for a premier HVAC manufacturing facility. Key duties include overseeing and managing large capital projects that increase plant capacity, reduce cost, improve productivity, reduce job hazards, and/or improve product quality. You will develop and implement manufacturing engineering department standards and policies, and provide training, coaching, and support across the organization. How You Will Do It Process engineering change requests. Troubleshoot production problems. Assist in trouble‑shooting assembly and fabrication equipment. Optimize workstation layout. Justify, specify, and manage capital projects and equipment. Introduce new products (BOM scrubbing, manufacturing trial lots, assist in training, and work with design engineering on production issues related to design for manufacturing). Create and maintain bill of materials and routings for assembly and fabrication. Support and/or lead lean projects. Set operational objectives and deliver results that directly impact operational goals. Define and explain practices, standards, and policies to internal stakeholders. Adapt or enhance quality or value in existing methods as part of day‑to‑day activities. Required – What We Look For Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related manufacturing discipline. At least 6+ years of manufacturing engineering or industrial engineering experience. Experience with lean manufacturing principles (material flow, material presentation, process flow, workstation design). Advanced knowledge and skills within a specific discipline, integrating theory and principles with organizational practices. #J-18808-Ljbffr
