This is a highly visible, hands‐on leadership role where you’ll play a key part in establishing standard operating procedures, training workforce, and driving performance in a high‐volume, cost‐per‐unit (CPU) environment.

What You’ll Do

As an Operations Supervisor, you will be responsible for daily floor execution while helping shape processes, culture, and performance expectations.

• Supervise daily warehouse operations in a high‐unit, CPU‐driven environment
• Lead, train, and coach hourly associates to meet productivity, quality, and safety goals
• Help develop, implement, and reinforce SOPs, work instructions, and training programs
• Monitor labor efficiency, unit rates, and workflow to ensure cost and service targets are met
• Partner with operations leadership on staffing plans, onboarding, and ramp‐up strategies
• Ensure accurate picking, packing, and shipping execution
• Maintain strong floor presence and drive accountability through coaching and audits
• Quickly identify process or training gaps and implement corrective actions
• Promote and maintain a safe, organized, and compliant work environment

What We’re Looking For

Required Qualifications

• 3+ years of supervisory experience in warehouse, logistics, or 3PL operations
• Experience working in high‐unit, CPU‐based operations
• Solid understanding of SOP development, training execution, and process adherence
• Proven ability to lead teams through startup, change, or operational growth
• Hands‐on leadership style with strong floor presence
• Strong communication, organization, and problem‐solving skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules during startup and ramp‐up phases
