Warehouse Manager

Design & Integration, a Technology Integration Company, in business for 30 years, is seeking a Warehouse Manager to support operations within our 15,000 sq ft facility. As we continue to grow, we are looking for a highly organized, self-motivated individual who can help ensure the smooth day-to-day functioning of our warehouse while maintaining accurate control of the inventory that moves through our facility. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate in supply chain or a related field looking to gain hands-on experience in warehouse operations, as well as for an experienced professional interested in taking ownership within a smaller, fast-paced environment. This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work comfortably on ladders as needed. Responsibilities Warehouse Management: Overseeing all warehouse activities including receiving, storage, organization, and internal material movement. Ensure efficient and accurate intake of inbound shipments from vendors. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment. Inventory Management: Maintain proper labeling, tracking, and storage of all materials. Routine inventory of fixed assets: work vans, work boxes, engineering test equipment, etc. Safety Compliance: Ensures that all warehouse operations comply with safety regulations and standards. Supports implementation and adherence to operational procedures and workflows. Preferred Qualifications Experience in supply chain and inventory management within a warehouse environment. Strong knowledge of warehouse operations and inventory control practices. Demonstrated supervisory or team leadership experience. Proficiency with warehouse management systems. Experience coordinating and managing freight and inbound logistics. Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel.
