Warehouse Manager – Commercial Solar Location: Hunt Valley, MD Job Type: Full-Time Schedule: Monday to Friday Pay: $27 to $35/hr Company Overview Solar Gaines is a leading commercial solar installer serving Maryland, Washington, D.C., Delaware, and Virginia. As we continue to grow, we are seeking dedicated professionals to join our team in helping businesses transition to clean, renewable energy. Position Summary We are looking for a Warehouse Manager to support our warehouse operations, as well as the development of our associates. Essential Functions Receive, audit, and report inventory Maintain an organized facility Manage warehouse associates, monitoring work and ensuring the safe use of warehouse equipment Establish warehouse practices and protocols Remain well-versed on the latest federal and state safety regulations Communicate with other parties to ensure material is delivered promptly Experience 5+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse environment Solar experience is a plus Required Skills Ability to lead and maintain a safe work environment Ability to lift 50lbs frequently Ability to obtain a forklift operator certification depending on business needs Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills Strong attention to detail, demonstrated integrity, and professionalism Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal Proficiency in Microsoft Office and inventory management software What We Offer Competitive Pay 401(k) Health / Dental / Vision / Life Insurance Health Savings Account Employee discount program Paid time off Referral program Solar Gaines is an equal‑opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr
