Overview


Growing orthopedic and spine surgery practice is seeking a Physician Assistant to join its clinical team in Edison, NJ. This is a primarily outpatient orthopedic/spine role focused on patient evaluations, follow-ups, and treatment planning with minimal OR involvement.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient evaluations, histories, and physical exams
• Develop and support treatment plans for orthopedic and spine conditions
• Manage follow-up visits and ongoing outpatient care
• Provide patient education on treatment and recovery plans
• Document all encounters in the EMR system
• Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff

Requirements

• Active Physician Assistant license in New Jersey
• Experience in orthopedics, spine, or surgical specialty preferred
• Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a high-volume outpatient setting

Schedule

• Monday-Friday
• 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM
• No weekends
• No overtime

Compensation & Benefits

• $145,000 - $175,000 salary
