Responsibilities Supports project phases from initial design concepts through project completion. Coordinates between internal team, client, consultants, and regulatory agencies during the entitlement process. Interface with clients, make presentations, collaborate with other disciplines. Ability to manage multiple project priorities effectively within schedules and budgets. Qualifications 7-10 years’ experience in retail, commercial, and mixed-use projects Ability to develop initial design concepts, produce presentation drawings and communicate design ideas clearly and effectively via software or hand-sketching Proficient in AutoCAD, 3D modeling (Sketchup), Adobe Suite Ability to develop site plans, floor plans, elevations, sections, and details Ability to excel in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments Collaborative and team-oriented Knowledge in material selections & finishes, construction methods, building systems Incorporate applicable codes, safety standards and governmental regulations into design work Benefits Health, Dental, Vision Coverage 401K Match Fitness Membership Paid Time Off, Holidays, Sick Leave Paid Charitable Volunteer Time Continuing Education Benefits #J-18808-Ljbffr
