Responsibilities

• Never Lose a Lead: Our CRM (Brivity) and follow-up tools keep your pipeline organized so nothing slips through the cracks-meaning more closings for you.

Qualifications

• Active Virginia Real Estate Salesperson License (required)
• Full-time commitment to real estate (this is not a side hustle)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Self-starter with a strong work ethic and goal-driven mindset
• Comfortable with technology, CRMs, and follow-up systems
• Open to coaching, feedback, and continuous improvement
• A positive attitude and high level of personal accountability
• Must have a reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
