Reporting to Rajiv Patankar (2AI Resources) Location - Malvern, assessment required Role - Intermediate level engineer - Senior Level for AI and Automation Engineer Required Skill Set Fullstack AI Engineer (AI-Focused) brings to the table: Strong experience working across the full stack. Demonstrated experience shipping AI-powered features to production. Hands-on experience integrating LLM APIs into real systems. Familiarity with embeddings, vector search, or retrieval-augmented generation. Strong judgment around AI tradeoffs, failure modes, cost, and observability. Ability to design AI systems that others can safely extend. Experience shipping small, well-scoped changes incrementally. Comfort working in a remote, async-first environment across multiple time zones. Pragmatic use of AI tools to accelerate development and improve outcomes. Required Skill Set QA Automation Engineer with 4+ years building test frameworks using Selenium. Playright, Leapworks and Cypress. Reduced regression testing time by 60% through CI/CD integration. Skilled in Java, Python, and API testing with proven ability to catch critical bugs before production. Technical Skills: Selenium WebDriver Cypress / Playwright Java / Python / JavaScript TestNG / JUnit / PyTest Jenkins / GitLab CI/CD API Testing (Postman / RestAssured) SQL / Database Testing Docker / Kubernetes Git Version Control
