Customer Support Representative

Role Overview We’re looking for Customer Support Representatives to join our growing team. In this role, you’ll gain deep knowledge of our complex software platform and deliver first-class support to our clients. You’ll use your understanding of the system and strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot user issues, provide guidance on best practices, and support customers via helpdesk tickets and phone. From time to time, the role may also include participation in internal company projects. No prior experience with our platform is required — we provide full in-house training.
