Customer Support Representative (Remote) Pool Brain is growing fast—and we’re hiring again! We’re on the hunt for a Customer Support Representative who knows their way around Pool Brain (or similar pool industry software) and loves helping customers succeed. Unicorns may be rare, but we already have a team full of them—and we’re confident there’s another one out there. If you’ve worked in the pool industry or supported field services software and enjoy solving problems, explaining features clearly, and delivering great customer experiences, we’d love to hear from you. What You’ll Do Provide friendly, knowledgeable support to customers via chat messenger, email, and live video conferencing Troubleshoot software questions and guide users through Pool Brain features Clearly document issues, solutions, and feedback for internal teams Identify patterns in customer questions and suggest improvements to help articles or workflows Collaborate with the support team to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience What We’re Looking For Experience using Pool Brain or other pool industry / field service management software Prior experience in a pool industry role Strong written communication skills—you can explain complex things simply Comfortable working independently in a remote environment Comfortable with technology/software in general Reliable computer and internet connection Have experience in customer support, customer success, or technical support Location: 100% remote (must be based in the U.S.) Employment Type: Full-time Why Pool Brain?
