Your Role in This Community

• Performing thorough patient evaluations and crafting personalized care strategies
• Identifying and managing acute, episodic, or chronic conditions collaboratively with physicians or independently, as permitted by your credentials
• Providing educational resources for patients and families on wellness, prevention, and chronic illness management
• Prescribing necessary medications and treatments in accordance with your practice limits

• Maintaining accurate and detailed documentation within electronic health records (EHR)

Educational Qualifications

• Master of Science in Nursing (MSN) or Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP)
• Completion of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program

Mandatory Certifications

• Valid Nurse Practitioner license in the state of Arizona
• National certification as a Family Nurse Practitioner (FNP-C, AANP, or ANCC) or an equivalent specialty
• Certifications in Basic Life Support (BLS) and Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), or the ability to obtain certification within 90 days
