Move Manager – Senior Relocation & Downsizing

Caring Transitions of Upstate SC | Greenville & Spartanburg

About the Role We’re looking for a compassionate, organized individuals to help seniors and their families navigate downsizing, relocating, and estate clearing. This role blends project coordination, hands-on organizing, and meaningful client support.
Caring Transitions of Upstate SC is a NASMM certified Move Management company. We will train the right individual to be a leader in the industry.

What You’ll Do

Guide clients through sorting, rightsizing, and decision-making
Create customized move plans and coordinate schedules
Pack, label, and prepare items for moving, donation, or sale
Oversee move day and supervise movers
Unpack and fully set up the client’s new home
Communicate clearly with clients, families, and team members
Must be willing to go the extra mile to make a deadline.

What You Bring

STRONG organizational and people skills
Patience, empathy, and professionalism
Ability to lift light household items and stay active on the job
Reliable transportation
Experience in senior services, caregiving, organizing, or moving is a plus
