Position: Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) - Skilled Nursing

• Schedule: PRN | Shifts: 10PM-6AM , 6AM-2PM, 2PM-10PM | Full-time Shifts: 2PM-10PM
• Rotation : Every Other Weekend
• Starting Pay: From $27-$30/hour (based on experience and certifications)

What You'll Do:

• Provide compassionate care and assist residents with daily living activities.
• Monitor and respond to changes in residents' health and behavior.
• Collaborate with the care team to develop and update personalized care plans.
• Communicate effectively with families and leadership to ensure top-tier care.
• Uphold the highest standards of nursing practice and professionalism.

What You'll Need:

• A current LVN license valid in the state of Texas.
• A heart for service and a readiness to respond to community needs and emergencies.
