Position requires a degree in Speech-Language Pathology, eligibility to begin the Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) under ASHA supervision, and eligible for state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.

Qualifications & Experience

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid Florida SLP license or eligible for state licensure
• SLP-CCC and Clinical Fellows (SLP-CF) both welcome
• Commitment to fostering student communication skills and progress
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Adaptability to work onsite, hybrid, or in travel assignments
• Passion for collaboration within multidisciplinary teams

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and evaluations of student speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
• Work closely with teachers, families, and support staff
• Document student progress and maintain accurate records
• Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
• Participate in ongoing professional development and district initiatives
