Pay: $28.74 - $31.94 hour

Olsten Staffing is hiring a Mechanical Technician to support engineering efforts in product development, cost reduction, and troubleshooting field and quality issues. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone with strong mechanical and electrical skills.
Key Responsibilities

• Install, wire, maintain, and perform parts changes on mechanical systems ⚙
  
• Support engineers with new product development and ongoing programs
  
• Assist with troubleshooting and resolving quality or field issues
  
• Read and interpret schematics and wiring diagrams
  
• Follow detailed procedures and work instructions
  
• Communicate effectively to help turn ideas into actionable plans
  
• Maintain a strong focus on safety for yourself and others
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on experience
  
  
• Electrical troubleshooting skills
  
• Ability to read schematics and wiring diagrams
  
• Fabrication and welding skills preferred
  
• Safety-focused mindset
  
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
  
• Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
  

Education & Experience

• Associate's degree in Engineering Technology or related field (preferred)
  
  
• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience required

Pay Details: $28.74 to $31.94 per hour
