Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) – Full-Time
Lake Charles, LA

Synergy Care is hiring a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for a full-time position at a skilled nursing facility (SNF) in Lake Charles, Louisiana.

• Position Type: Full-Time
• Setting: Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF)
• Location: Lake Charles, LA

• 12 days Paid Time Off (PTO)

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the direction of a Physical Therapist

• Follow facility and regulatory guidelines

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
  (or graduating within 6 months)
• Current or eligible for Louisiana PTA license
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
