Schedule - Some weekend shifts required - Must request any RTO/scheduling requests up-front during submission
Assignment Details - Contract Length: Not specified - Guaranteed Hours: Not specified
Requirements - Valid RN license (compact) - Minimum of 1 year RN experience - References: 2 required (covering 1 year within the last 3 years)
Roles & Responsibilities - Provide high-risk Labor & Delivery care, including management of laboring patients and antepartum care. - Actively manage labor processes, including induction and augmentation. - Respond to maternal emergencies effectively. - Support patient care through all stages of labor, including VBAC/TOLAC situations.
Compliance / Notes - Orientation: 0 hours (vs. standard 40) - Holiday expectation: must be willing to work 3 of the 5 listed holidays (Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, New Year's Day) - Travelers' refusal to float may lead to termination/forfeiture of guaranteed hours
