Position Title Travel Registered Nurse (RN) Location Salisbury, MD 21801 (Coverage: Dorchester (urgent), Wicomico, Worcester) Duration 6 months with possible contract extension Weekly Hours 36 hours per week Schedule Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM (flexible based on patient needs) Overview Seeking a skilled and compassionate Travel Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high‑quality home health care services. This role focuses on patient admissions and specialized wound care in a home setting, requiring strong clinical judgment, time management, and adaptability. Key Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient admissions, including completion of OASIS assessments. Provide skilled nursing care with a strong focus on wound care management. Develop and implement individualized patient care plans. Monitor patient progress and update care plans as needed. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure continuity of care. Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation. Educate patients and caregivers on treatment plans, medications, and self‑care techniques. Travel between patient homes within designated coverage areas. Required Qualifications Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (state‑specific requirement). CPR certification. Experience in home health or a similar clinical setting. Ability to independently manage patient caseloads and travel between locations. Preferred Qualifications Prior experience with OASIS documentation. Strong wound care expertise. Excellent time management and organization skills.
