Join our team at Bay Harbor Post Acute and Healthcare Center as a Registered Nurse (RN). Proudly supported by Marquis Health Consulting Services. Full-time and part-time opportunities available. Same Day Pay. Available Shifts: 8-hour shifts (7AM-3PM, 3PM-11PM, 11PM-7AM); 12-hour shifts (7AM-7PM); 16-hour shifts (7AM-11PM). Pay Rate: $40 - $50 an hour (depending on experience). Shift Differentials: $2.50 for 3 PM-11 PM; $2 for 11 PM-7 AM. No Frills Program for Full-Time Employees: if you opt for no benefits (no vacation, sick time, personal days, or holidays), you’ll earn an additional $3/hour on top of your base pay. Earn more by combining shift differentials with no benefits and proof of your own insurance. Our facility is a 295-bed Sub-Acute, and Long-Term Care facility where compassion and quality care are at the heart of everything we do.
