Assistant Professor

Speech-Language Pathology Instructor

The Department of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology seeks a doctoral-level, open rank Instructor or Assistant Professor (Tenure-track or non tenure-track) of speech-language pathology. Candidates with teaching interests in all areas of speech-language pathology will be considered. The position involves clinical supervision and mentoring so clinical certification in speech-language pathology is required.

Examples of duties include:

Teaching speech-language pathology and audiology undergraduate and graduate courses.
Clinical supervision and mentoring.
Academic advising.
Conducting research in the area of expertise.
Participate in University and professional services.
Other duties as assigned.

Typical qualifications include:

A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
MA/MS or PhD in Communicative Disorders or PhD or EdD in a closely related area.
