Speech-Language Pathology Instructor
The Department of Speech-Language Pathology and Audiology seeks a doctoral-level, open rank Instructor or Assistant Professor (Tenure-track or non tenure-track) of speech-language pathology. Candidates with teaching interests in all areas of speech-language pathology will be considered. The position involves clinical supervision and mentoring so clinical certification in speech-language pathology is required.
Examples of duties include:
- Teaching speech-language pathology and audiology undergraduate and graduate courses.
- Clinical supervision and mentoring.
- Academic advising.
- Conducting research in the area of expertise.
- Participate in University and professional services.
- Other duties as assigned.
Typical qualifications include:
- A minimum of 3 years of clinical experience.
- MA/MS or PhD in Communicative Disorders or PhD or EdD in a closely related area.
