ABOUT OUR AGENCY:
I opened my agency in 2025 and currently lead a growing team of three. Before becoming a State Farm agent, I worked as a team member and participated in the Agent Aspirant Program, which gave me the experience and foundation to pursue agency ownership. I'm a proud University of Houston graduate with a degree in Business. I recently got married, and outside of work, I'm a big foodie and love cheering on Houston sports teams!

I'm especially passionate about helping team members who have aspirations of becoming State Farm agents themselves. ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Meghan Quach - State Farm Agent is a leading insurance agency dedicated to providing exceptional service to our customers. We are currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Receptionist - State Farm Agent Team Member.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers warmly in person and over the phone, directing them to the appropriate team members.
• Manage appointment scheduling and office communications.
• Assist in handling incoming inquiries and maintaining customer records.
• Engage in conversations with prospective and existing customers, identifying opportunities to offer insurance options.
• Provide excellent customer service and follow up on customers needs.
• Support the team with various administrative tasks and projects.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Comfortable with engaging in sales conversations.
• Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office and CRM systems.
