Cytotechnologist
We are looking for a skilled Cytotechnologist to join our healthcare team in Colorado. In this role, you will perform laboratory tests and examinations on cell samples to detect abnormalities, including cancer, ensuring the highest level of accuracy and patient care.
Cytotechnologist Key Responsibilities:
- Examine cell samples under a microscope to detect signs of disease, including cancer.
- Prepare and stain slides for examination.
- Record and report results to pathologists and medical professionals.
- Ensure quality control and maintain lab equipment.
- Collaborate with healthcare professionals to provide optimal patient care.
Cytotechnologist Qualifications:
- ASCP certification in Cytotechnology (required).
- Bachelor's degree in Cytotechnology or related field.
- Preferred experience in cytotechnology or laboratory settings.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent communication skills.
