Top deliverables in the first year to be a hero: Support Field Operations – Ensure field teams have the resources, materials, and support they need to execute work efficiently and meet project timelines. Manage Project Financials and Reporting – Oversee budgets, track expenses, process change orders, and provide accurate financial reports to maintain profitability. Mitigate Project Risks – Identify potential risks early, develop contingency plans, and proactively address issues to keep projects on track. Serve as the Primary Liaison with the General Contractor – Build and maintain strong relationships with the GC, align on project goals, and resolve conflicts promptly. Lead and Develop Project Engineers – Provide guidance and oversight to Project Engineers and Administrative PE EDP, fostering their growth and ensuring alignment with project objectives. The Project Manager reports to a Senior Project Manager Team Lead and works within a collaborative team on a diverse range of projects and initiatives that drive our growing business. This high-impact role provides broad exposure, interacting with stakeholders at all levels and across various functions within the organization. You should have… A bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, construction management, or a related field - or equivalent relevant experience. At least 3 years of project management experience in the mechanical or construction industry. Proven expertise in managing projects to stay on track, on time, and within budget.
