Respiratory Therapy Coordinator

HealthONE is seeking a Respiratory Therapy Coordinator to oversee daily respiratory care services across its Denver facilities. In this role, you will coordinate staffing and workflow, support evidence-based respiratory protocols, and collaborate with physicians and nursing teams to deliver high-quality patient care. You will mentor respiratory therapists, assist with training and competency assessments, and help implement new technologies and treatment guidelines. The coordinator also monitors quality metrics, ensures regulatory compliance, and promotes a culture of safety, compassion, and clinical excellence for patients with acute and chronic respiratory needs.
