We’re looking for a Talent Success Manager who can bring together recruiting, employee experience, technology, and data to create a stronger talent journey from candidate to new hire.
This is a hands-on, fully in-office role , with the opportunity to move to 1 hybrid day per week after 90 days of successful onboarding .
About the Role
Own the employee journey from sourcing through onboarding and the first 30 days. This hands-on role combines full-cycle recruiting, relationship management, HR technology, analytics, and AI to improve hiring and employee success.
Key Responsibilities - Manage full-cycle recruiting from sourcing through offers, onboarding, and 30-day integration.
- Partner with hiring managers on recruiting strategy, role requirements, and hiring goals.
- Build talent pipelines through creative, AI-enabled sourcing and early-career partnerships.
- Lead structured onboarding and support 30/60/90-day performance planning.
- Use HRIS, ATS, analytics, and AI tools to track and improve recruiting and onboarding outcomes.
- Support engagement, culture, DEI, employer branding, and recruiting events.
- Maintain compliance with applicable employment laws and recruiting documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, or related field; certification a plus.
- 3+ years of HR/recruiting experience with strong full-cycle recruiting expertise.
- HRIS experience required; ADP, Paylocity, or Ashby preferred.
- Familiarity with AI recruiting tools and HR analytics.
- Strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Working knowledge of employment laws and HR compliance.
